Flex Pay Shipboard Certification

Today we’ll cover a variety of topics to help you better understand a little about us and how to use the Flex Pay agent tool.

Following each of the 3 sections we will have a short knowledge check. You need to score greater than 80%. If you don't pass the first time, don't worry, just try again. 

Upon successful completion of our course, you will be issued a certificate and we will get moving on setting up your personalized agent account.
