Today we’ll cover a variety of topics to help you better understand a little about us and how to use the Flex Pay agent tool.
Following each of the 3 sections we will have a short knowledge check. You need to score greater than 80%. If you don't pass the first time, don't worry, just try again.
Upon successful completion of our course, you will be assigned a form to complete the registration process. Partial, missing or inaccurate information may result in your account not getting created.
Completion of the certification course and registration process does not guarantee you access to a Flex Pay account and enrollment in the Program. Flex Pay performs a background screening of each individual applying for an agent account. Agents can be denied for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to financial history, background history, or the inability to verify information.
If you already have an Uplift or Flex Pay account that has been inactivated. Do not re-complete certification. Please just click the link in the box above for the help center.
