This Course introduces you to improveit 360's functionality around Sales Opportunities and Tasks used to set Sales Appointments.

Whether you Assign the Appointment to a Sales Rep when you set the Appointment, or you Assign Appointments the day before, improveit 360 can accommodate your business processes. 

In this Course we will first show how to create Task List Views then we will cover Setting Appointments, Assigning Appointments using the Scheduling Calendar, as well as using Time Blocks and the Dispatcher tool. 

We'll show you how to Cancel and Reschedule Sales Appointments. And finally, we'll discuss the importance of Resulting and how Results factor into Report metrics.
